All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

International Orders — Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. G-tech Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order is fulfilled.
